How to make a Corporate/group Reservation On-Line:
- Please visit our website http://www.silvercloud.com/university.php
- Enter your arrival and departure dates and select “search availability”
- Select “Corporate or Group Log In”
- Type in “Group ID” GBSF
- Type in “Password” 2011
- After you log in, you’ll have to enter your arrival and departure dates again
- Select the “Reserve” button on the right hand side of your screen and simply follow the instructions to complete the reservation.
How to make a corporate/group Reservation Via Phone:
- Call our hotel directly at 206-526-5200 or Toll Free at 800-205-6940
- Tell them that you are traveling with “Garden Blogger’s Spring Fling”
That’s it! Any front desk agent can help you.
24-HOUR CANCELLATION
If a guest needs to cancel a room reservation, please do so 24 hours prior to arrival or 3:00 p.m. the day before arrival date. **If a guest fails to cancel his or her reservation, a charge of the first night room and tax will be imposed and charged to the credit card given when the reservations where made. These charges are non-refundable.
Group Rates for July 21-25, 2011 include:
Breakfast Buffet, Parking & Local Shuttle Service
Deluxe King Room = $139 + tax per night (single/double occupancy)
Double Queen Room = $149 + tax per night (single/double occupancy)

I’m in! Arriving 7/20, departing 7/28.
I just checked and it said “no availability”. Maybe i should reserve it outside of the room block? does it matter?

If you’re having issues reserving a room within our block online I would recommend call the hotel at 1-800-205-6940. Our group ID is GBSF and the “secret handshake” is 2011! Initially, there were fewer rooms in our block on either side of our actual Fling dates, but Silver Cloud has been wonderful to work with and quickly responds when we express a need!!! (Thanks SC!) So glad you’re planning on joining us.
I just got reservations by calling: arriving the 21 and leaving 25… vegetable garden will make this shorter than we want.
Just booked the hotel. GBSF allocation not available – but an email for the attention of Katie Chmela soon got things sorted (a phone call would have been hideously expensive for this side of the pond!)
