Please complete and submit the following form to register for the 2011 Seattle Fling. Early registration deadline is June 1, 2011. (After July 1st, we will open single-day registrations ($75.00/day) based on availability.)
Cost is $200.00 covering all transportation and garden fees, boxed lunches on Friday, Saturday and Monday, and includes 2 hosted cocktail receptions. Breakfast is included if you are staying at the Silver Cloud Inn.
Friday, Saturday and Sunday night dinners will be on your own. For a wide range of local restaurants within walking distance of the hotel go here. Optional dinner at The Corson Building on Sunday evening is limited to 32 participants and has an additional fee of $105.00/per person.

Ah yes… nothing like a little learning curve. I have corrected the form to accurately record whether or not you said yes to the Corson Building dinner. I will be in touch if I have any questions. No worries!

Also I’m not arriving until late Friday afternoon, so would need to be taken off the list for that day’s visits etc
Just wondering if you might consider using PayPal for payment of these things like the Buffalo peeps did. I’ve no problem with sending a check, but thought I’d ask about PayPal.
Hi Kylee, we are trying to avoid all additional fees so a check is much appreciated. And yes… the form has won the battle. I will be removing the Corson Building dinner altogether and we’ll deal with it another day!

I just now registered and it responded that I would be at the Corson Building and I did NOT check the box, so there’s still a problem with the form. I will NOT be at the Corson Building dinner.
You have my reg form and the check is in the mail. Can’t wait. As people send in their reg forms will you include their links on this site the way Buffa10 did? I found, and continue to find, those links an easy way to visit these blogs. It is wonderful to get to know people a little bit ahead of time – and then keep up with their doings once we are friends. And I mean that in the old-fashioned use of the word friend.

I noticed that about the Corson dinner. I didn’t check the box either but it came up as accepting. I am assuming that because I did not add the extra fee then I was opting out, which I am.
Alos, will you be posting a list of attendees and updating as people are added. Would be nice to know who is going as I have never been before.
